Removing leading/trailing spaces in fields for all mUzima forms

      Description

      Currently, the app and mUzima forms allow users to enter leading/trailing spaces on freetext and numeric fields.

      Sample fields from registration form:

      • given name
      • middle name
      • family name
      • AMRS Universal ID
      • other identifier

      It has caused issues when doing processing and validation in the server side. Those registration form data end up in the error queue because of the leading and trailing spaces of AMRS Universal ID.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      App should silently removing the extra spaces on freetext and numeric fields once the mUzima complete form data is saved. This validation and processing can be updated through mUzima .js folder.
