Forms reload on screen timeout

While filling forms, the open form gets reloaded on resuming the device after a screen timeout. This leads to loss of any unsaved data.

To recreate this issue;

1. Open a form for filling and make a few entries
2. Wait for the screen to timeout, or press power button to turn off the screen
3. Press power button to resume the screen
4. Observe the open form for a few seconds. After about 2 to 4 seconds, a toast is displayed to indicate the form is loading.
