      Description

Currently, the format of AMRS ID on AMPATH ID Card is generated in the format of nnnnnnnnn-n. For example, attached AMRS Universal ID is "000000986-0" with six leading zero. When using Barcode Scanner, it scan and read it as string of "000000986-0" instead of "986-0". It needs to trim the leading zero. However, this kind of practice does not likely happen to other implementations. So, adding an option under Setting to allow user/implementation to decide whether this is needed for them or not.

      Acceptance Criteria:
Add an option under Settings for user to add "Trimming leading zero for value read by barcode scanner" under MUZIMA SETTINGS. When scanning the barcode, it should return the value without leading zero if such option is ticked.
