On many occasions, patients have records that they have to rescan multiple times for providers etc, and they need a place to store and share these.

There's a need to enhance media feature, which should work with both mPHR and mUzima Clinic.

This tickets will be a parent ticket for all tasks related to enhancing the media feature.
