Description
On module/muzima/view.list#/errors page,
- remove columns of "Sender", "Error Message", Form Data",
- keep "#", "Submitted On", "Processed On",
- add columns of "Form Template Name", "Provider Name", "Provider ID", "Location Name", "Location ID"
As a data manager, I want to see columns with helpful information + so that I +can review/correct the error related to my needs.
Acceptance Criteria:
- On module/muzima/view.list#/errors page, the order of the columns are #, Provider Name, Provider ID, Location Name, Location ID, Form Template Name, Submitted On, and Processed On.
