Update search box on module/muzima/view.list#/errors page

On module/muzima/view.list#/errors page,

• update the search box so that it can also search against the new columns.

As a data manager, I want to be able to search the form data in the error queue from all columns so that I can review/correct the error related to my needs.

Acceptance Criteria:

• User can enter text in the search box to search against all columns and return the search result.
