Add link to corresponding registration form on View mUzima Data Page

On View mUzima Data Page (muzima/view.list#/error/), please see attached "Error UI changes - View mUzima Data Page" suggestion by Lawrence Misoi .
1. The fields above the Error list label will be same from the general view above.
2. A link that can allow one to open a linked registration form on the error queue that needs to be resolved before the encounter. (If at all practical and also wondering if it's been taken into account to have the registration forms first processed before encounters to eliminate any error free forms from ending up on the queue)

As a data manager, I would like to

• see a link of corresponding registration form on the View mUzima Data Page when viewing the non-registration form error
• the system NOT to allow me to edit/save/submit the non-registration form error when corresponding registration form (at the error queue) has been resolved

Acceptance Criteria:

• The system will display a link to corresponding registration on the View mUzima Data Page when viewing the non-registration form error.
• The system will prompt me warning and not to allow me to resolve the non-registration form error before resolving the corresponding registration form error.
