Integrated Android Themes in mUzima (Dark and Light)

      Description

      For improving user experience the  Android Themes (Day-Night / Dark/Light) needs to be implemented. It means that mUzima app will support multi themes-

      That means that there will be an option to change the overview of the entire app. Eg. when the theme will set to light (day), all the views, activities display according to the predefined style.
