Create UI mockup for customizing login screen & dashboard

Following requirement on ticket MUZIMA-533, there's need to create UI mockups that would help to make design decisions on customizing app login screen and dashboard.

This ticket requires making UI mockups for:

1. Server UI (in OpenMRS) for uploading logo & specifying custom app name
2. Login page on the mobile app that displays custom logo, custom app name and the 'Powered by ... ' text
3. Dashboard page on the mobile app that displays custom logo, custom app name and the 'Powered by ... ' text

This mockups will be created under sub tickets, and shall require:

• Looking at current UI and then designing proposed UI, then attaching images of designed UI on the sub tickets (in any image formats)
• Providing any notes in form of comments on the tickets regarding what the designer thinks should be considered when implementing the design ( e.g if there's a need for restricting sizes for the logos, consideration for colours etc) if applicable.
