Create a tutorial documentation - Sync for updated version of form templates

Task: Create a tutorial documentation for Synchronization for Updated Version of Form Templates

Steps:

• Log into http://demo2.muzima.org/openmrs/index.htm (username: admin  password: test)
• On mobile, download and install https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.muzima.  
• Picked an existing mUzima form template and download into the mobile.  Fill out that form and save as complete form data but do NOT sync to server.
• Create a duplicate form definition (which the form template was downloaded in the above step) but give it a newer version number in http://demo2.muzima.org/openmrs/admin/forms/form.list
• Go to http://demo2.muzima.org/openmrs/module/muzimacore/view.list#/forms and use that form definition created in above step and create a new mUzima form 
• On the mobile, try to sync the new version of the form template from above step.  It should prompt a message saying that it's not allowed because complete form data from older version hasn't been synced to server yet.
• One mobile, Sync the complete form data to the server.
• On mobile, try to sync the new version of form template.  It now should allow to replace the old version. 
• Create a documentation with screenshots how the above are being done.  The documentation should include an introduction section what this document is about, a sub-section for each of the components, ending section should include "Thank you for your interests! For more information, please visit http://muzima.org/"
