Task: Create a tutorial documentation for Setup Configuration

Steps:

• Log into http://demo2.muzima.org/openmrs/index.htm (username: admin  password: test)
• Create a cohort http://demo2.muzima.org/openmrs/cohortBuilder.list 
• Create a new Setup Configuration on http://demo2.muzima.org/openmrs/module/muzimacore/view.list#/settings 
• Create a documentation with screenshots how the above are being done.  The documentation should include an introduction section what this document is about, a sub-section for each of the components, ending section should include "Thank you for your interests! For more information, please visit http://muzima.org/"
