Task: Create a tutorial documentation - Settings on mUzima for Health Providers

Steps:

• Download and install https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.muzima (username: admin  password: test)
• Documentation should include all the Settings options and explain how each of them is being used
  • OpenMRS Settings
  • (All) mUzima Settings 
• Create a documentation with screenshots how the above are being done.  The documentation should include an introduction section what this document is about, a sub-section for each of the components, ending section should include "Thank you for your interests! For more information, please visit http://muzima.org/"
