Kindly add an audit trail in form of a report to capture summaries done by particular provider per day

We have some cases where the provider says he's /she's done x number of test but theres' no proof because all data has synced. While checking form the server there's no records found from this provider hence we are kindly requesting you to add an audit trail in form of a report to capture summaries done by particular provider per day
