Add logging mechanism on user interactions with apps and the device

Either create a new app for enhance the current device management app developed by Samuel Mbugua.

• Logging mechanism to log how user interact with the apps (could be muzima app, cms app, or other related app) and the device
• The logging will happen in the device during both offline and online mode
• It then will be uploaded to the security and management system in the server for analysis.
• Service should have capabilities for auditing.

Note: Operator independent (Aggregator) and add scheduler/preferences (work already being done by Samuel Mbugua.
