Dashboard shows there are notifications but on opening the view there are no notifications

On.Notification on Landing page: After syncing the notification, it downloaded the notification and it also indicates the new and total of notifications. However, when going to tap on the notification box again, it says " no notification". Then, go to Patient Summary Page and check on the notification, it says zero.
