Unable to Open Form under "Incomplete Form Data" and "Complete Form Data"

Using apk dated July 20, 2015 , when you open saved form under " Incomplete Form Data" and "Complete Form Data" the application Crushes. It's not possible to edit forms saved under "Incomplete Form Data" and also it's not possible to upload Complete Forms to the production Server because when you tap on the upload button the application also Crushes.
