App force stop doesn't stop mUzima app

When doing a force stop on mUzima app, it doesn't stop the app running. When going back to the app, it opens up on landing page without logging in. This is not a correct behavior.

As a user, I expect the app would stop when I do a "force stop" on the app so that when I open up the app, it will require me to log in.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When mUzima app is running, go to device Setting and do a force stop on mUzima app.
• It should close the mUzima app and it will require login in order to go to landing page.
