      Description

      After filling the encounters successfully and uploading to the server, next time when you search for the encounters on the server side it displays the message "No previous Encounters" Like for the Client "Kayai Mama Test 100227215-9" Filled oncology- dysplasia form v 1.0 (html) on 16/03/2015.
