Enable stay signed option

Due to the possibility that mPHR users will not be sharing devices and might be frustrated with the need to provide username and password every time they want to use the app, there is a need to introduce an option to allow users choose to stay signed in until they to log out, even if the app was closed. The suggested way is to have a checkbox on the login page that enables the 'Stay signed in' option when checked.
