Patient Search result doesn't display matching result with partial text

Currently, in patient search, it only displays matching patient record if the complete text is entered.

For example with Hospital ID (1000C6), when user enters 1000, there is no matching result.  When user enters 1000C6, it will display matching result.  As the patient volume increases, this will consume more time for the users to enter data.

The team requests to display search results even with partial text (minimum requirement is to have at least three alphanumeric entered).
