Patient Search doesn't provide the expected search results

As a user, I expect that the search result will be displayed after I input at least three alphanumeric on patient search as long as the inputted alphanumeric matches any part of the patient names or patient identifiers. 

The current behavior is as follows in test server:

• Input "100" - no matching result
• Input "1000" - no matching result
• Input "1000j" - no matching result
• "Input 1000jr" - display matching result
