Need to research on how to resolve active orders

      Description

Currently in both Lab Order and Prescribed Drug Order, once the provider creates the new orders, they remain active. It's unclear how to resolve them once they are either expired or no longer active. It has created challenge when there is a new for new order for the same thing in a later time. For example, once a drug order of "aspirin 325mg for 10 days" is prescribed on Jan 1, 2017. It will stay active. When the provider tries to prescribed a new "aspirin 325 mg for another 10 days" in February 1, 2017, the system won't allow. See . Same challenge happens to Lab Order.

As a provider, I need to either manually resolve the previous order or the system will automatically move the active order to inactive once the duration is reach.
