App does not show cohort membership has changed to prompt a sync.

Changes in a cohort membership usually prompt a user to sync the cohort to update the membership. There is a need to have this in mUzima 3.0.0 . Screenshot 1 shows the membership of two cohorts upon downloading. However, on changing the cohort membership the cohorts do not show any change. Screenshot 2 shows the membership for the cohorts has changed after running the sync service.
