Issues with long press on client list

On the dashboard, upon long press on a record, the app opens the action mode drawer at the top, which displays the number of clients selected as well as action(s) that can be taken on the selected list. However, as of version 3.0.0, the app misbehaves as follows:

1. If there's a long list of clients that spans beyond viewable space and one or more clients selected, scrolling down the list shows an equal number of clients highlighted as if they are selected (though the number at the top does not reflect the additional highlighted clients).
2. Scrolling down the list and scrolling back up shows a different client highlighted other than the one originally selected
3. Upon back press, the action mode drawer is dismissed as expected, but the list of selected clients remains highlighted

Tested on Android 9, connected on demo2, and used the HIV Program setup config
