The app remains silent if a user attempts to open non form types of completed form data

When a user taps on a completed form item for form data with a form template, the app opens the form pre-loaded with the form data.

However, when the user taps on those items that have no associated form templates (specifically individual obs, relationships, and SHR), the app does not open the form data for viewing, and it does not show any message, which may bring confusion to the user.
