Invalid Return Visit Date

Environment: apk dated September 14, 2021 on Android 10

Steps for producing the issue:

• Go to Client Summary Page and tap on Add Single Element
• Tap +Return Visit date and add a date valid
• Go back to view Historical Data/By Type, the date value displays as Invalid. See
• Same when tapping the Return Visit Date obs. See
