Mixing concepts/obs on Add Single Element

Environment: apk dated September 14, 2021 on Android 10

Steps for producing the issue:

• Go to Client Summary Page and tap on Add Single Element
• Tap between + of different concept options (e.g. +CD4 count, + Return Visit Date)
• Continuing tapping + of different concept options would add another row under the same concept/obs heading (e.g. CD4 count).
