Re-queue corresponding non-registration payload

Currently, when registration payload is stuck in Error Queue, the corresponding non-registration payloads for the same patient are also put in Error Queue. After the correction and successful processing of the registration payload, the corresponding non-registration payloads for the same patient are still in the Error Queue.

As an implementer, I would like to have the corresponding non-registration payloads for the same patient (after the patient's registration payload got processed successfully) so that I don't need to do it manually.
