Downloaded data did not get clear when initial setup wizard got interrupted

APK: 2.6.0 official release and 2.7.0-beta

When initial setup wizard got interrupted, downloaded data did not clear up.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

• Uninstall previous apk
• Install new apk
• During the initial setup, tap on return.
• Choose to download one cohort and log out from app.
• Re-login and proceed with initial setup wizard.
• After initial setup wizard is completed, it shows partially downloaded data (e.g. first downloaded cohort from first try and also additional cohorts from second try).

As a user, I expect the downloaded data would get clear when the initials setup wizard got interrupted.
