Filtering forms by tags on the mUzima app does not work as expected.

As of version 2.7.0 Alpha, filtering forms by tags does not work as expected. For instance, filtering by the tag Baraza as shown in the screenshot below, does not result in a list of forms with the Baraza tag being displayed.
