How To Resolve Error Message Exception While Process Payload

We have  registration forms that are in the error queue that  have not been processed to the server.

 

When you open the registration form on the error queue, error message is dispayed " 1697: Exception While Process Payload"

 

This was also replicated on a test patient " test malenge" ID: 905
