mUzima Visit start date picks date instead of datetime

encounter datetime for json-encounter forms do not fall between mUzima Visit start date and end date hence the encounters goes to error queue. Unless i manually edit the mUzima visit start date from the OpenMRS side and re-queue, the encounters do not leave the error queue.

Another error is, some registrations pick future mUzima visit start date and end date as attached in the attachments below.
