Ability of module sending to mobile supported application versions

There is a need to have the module send which versions of the app are compatible with it. Currently, the mobile application knows about the minimum version it should expect but in cases where a higher version of the module breaks the compatibility with previous app versions, the application will not reject the module since the module version will be higher than the declared minimum version.
