Notification page needs to have a new UI on device

On the landing page, under notification option, it says "1 new, 2 total". See screenshot "landing.png". When going to the notifications page, it says "no notification available". See screenshot "notification.png".

On the notification page, it should have different tabs to indicate:

• unread messages
• read messages
