Merging Different Muzima Applications/To Reside in One Server/Database

Hello 

We currently have 3 rolled out muzima applications and looking forward to roll out 3 more within this quarter. 

To reduce cost , we were looking to host all the applications on one server , probably to reside on one database. 

Each application with its unique Identifier , and each client within each application with its unique identifier. 

We would appreciate inputs on how to achieve this
