Ability to have a Cohort with additional Metadata

There is a limitation on how the cohort builder module is currently done i.e no way of getting a subset of a huge cohort. There is a need to extend the expanded cohort feature to enable the download of a cohort subset by use of location and/ provider id. A more detailed scenario is available on this document.
