Prompt message to user if GPS is not enabled for geomapping feature

      Description

      Currently with geomapping, if GPS is not enabled, it will display Eldoret map as default when trying to capture patient's home coordinates. It would be best to prompt users a message that "GPS is currently disabled, do you want to turn it on?" so that it will correctly display the current map.
