Approach to get data synced and available between providers' devices in timely manner

As a provider, I would like to be able to access data collected by my colleague instantly so that I can proceed with my decision making/data collection based on my colleague's collected data.

Background information:
During HTS, it requires to have Test #1 to be done by Provider A and Test #2 to be done by Provider B. During the data collection by Provider A, s/he also captures the patient type (e.g. general population) which needs to be available for Provider B. Note that both providers use different mobile devices for data collection.

Possible options:

1. Data being transmitted via bluetooth
2. Data being transmitted via LAN
3. Data being transmitted similar with smart card approach
4. Data being synced to server in real time and have settings for periodic delta sync
