Change Default Date of Birth to 15th Jun YYYY

As discussed on Mail, we are kindly requesting if the default date of birth can me set to be 15th June for every year. This is mostly the case when one opts to use age as opposed to date of birth. My thought is, if possible we can have this one as a setting, it will be of great help such that every implementing partner will be comfortable with any default date they wish.
