Fix bug with incomplete listing of clients

As of mUzima version 2.4.0, the app displays an incomplete list of clients. Given the total number of clients, if the clients are grouped into groups of 10, the app does not display the last group if that group has less than 10 clients.  For instance, if there are 19 clients on the device or in a cohort, it will display only 10. If there are 46 clients, it will display only 40. The challenge is that users are forced to use the client search feature so as to access those missing on the displayed list.
