Form Definition needs to be a required field

Currently, developers can create mUzima form through importing (module/muzimaforms/manageforms.form#/import/xforms) without specifying the OpenMRS form_id and encounter_type_id.

The form definition field should be one of the following options:

• make the form definition as a required field OR
• add a field for exception mUzima form (e.g. Registration and Demographic Update Forms) which allows form definition is not required.
