Attention To Details: Spelling Error

Steps followed-

1. At the beginning of the mUzima setup, click "Advanced Setup" and then press next.
2. Select the cohort "age 40 to 60(1401)" from the list and click next.
3. At this step (Step 2), the form template for patient_registration form is spelled as "Registratio2", there is an alphabet "n" missing in it.
