App crash after downloading form and then immediately press back button

On Forms page, select any template and click download button. After that press back immediately , it will go back to the dashboard. Then do nothing for 3-10 sec, the app will crash.

If before crash click on Forms again, on All Form Templates tab which show "No forms available" then the app will crash.

When reopen the app after it crashed, enter Forms then go to Downloaded Form Templates tab. The form that downloading before the app crashed is showed.

When enter Clients page and select any client then select form that was downloaded, the form is able to fill and save as complete form data.

This ticket was tested on large (age 40 to 60, 1401) and small (Patients aged 19, 19) cohort
