Pull latest lot number and/or other observations from the server side to mUzima Application form for HTS

Need: There has been a need to retrieve the latest lot numbers in the HIV Testing Service application.

Currently: Normally, HIV test kits are supplied to hospitals in batches having the same lot numbers and expiry dates. Providers undertaking testing exercise for a particular batch, that may run for several months, have to type the same lot number and expiry date for every client repetitively.

Proposed: We propose to pull the latest lot numbers saved in the server to the mUzima app to be displayed in the forms as an option.

Opportunity: This may also inform other observations that may required to be pulled from the server side to any other mUzima application forms
