App crash on trying to view data for client with empty name & identifier

I downloaded the data for cohort named age 40 to 60(1400) and found a client with an empty name and identifier in the client list page. On opening the Client Summary for this record, I tried to open his details by clicking on Forms, Encounters, Observations and Notifications.

For most of these options, the app crashes and I'm unable to view the client's details. Please find the attachments to reproduce the issue.
