Adding "About mUzima" button to display version number information

mUzima version number information is only available on the login page. When one wants to view the version number information, they have to log out. This information can be added to the menu at the top right hand corner by adding the "About mUzima" button. The same button can also be used to display disclaimer information for users who may want to refer to it after going through the mUzima set up process.
