Enable releasing mUzimaCore omods on OpenMRS modules repo

Currently, there's no better way to publish mUzimaCore other than through on-demand file sharing. There's a need to identify a platform for releasing the omods so that they are easily accessible. One way will be to release per the recommended way to make the module versions are available under OpenMRS modules repository.
