Updated data should have marker

When downloading new data from the server, sometime we need to be able to distinguish data that are newly download or updated and old data. For example when we sync forms, users might want to know if which forms are updated, which forms are new or which forms are still the same.

A simple implementation would be to put the words "New" and "Updated" in the list of forms after sync.
