Enable multi-select for errors to allow re-queuing

The error list page in mUzima Core module allows users to select one or more error items for re-queuing so as to be reprocessed by selecting the checkboxes corresponding to each of the errors in the error list. Sometimes users want to select all errors displayed on the error list, but they are forced to select one at a time. There's a need to allow selecting all errors by introducing a 'Select All' option.
