Enable changing password in mUzima mobile app

Currently, it is not possible for users to change passwords on the mobile app. There is a need to enable functionality for changing passwords as follows:

• Upon the first login, the app should check with server side to find out whether the setting for "Require password change upon next login" is enabled. If enabled, the app should trigger a user interface that enables users to specify a new password.
• Under settings, users should have the option to change password any time they want

Whenever a password is changed, the change should be reflected at the server side before the transaction is completed on the mobile side. The implication is that users must have connectivity to the server for the password change to be successfully completed.
